Thanks, I've tried this on many occassions and its not working. I haven't recieved any reply.

I'm still waiting a year later. I guess they just ignore some of the questions.

If I remember it does depend on the question and if the answer is already on site.

They replied to me asap when I asked one a while back !happy!
