I remember a movie starring Henry Winkler about a professional wrestler in the 1950s (I think it was "The One and Only"). Winkler's character played several different wrestlers depending on which city he was 'performing' in. One of them was 'Adolf Hitla' complete with Swastikas, moustache and salute. Of course the crowd all booed and hissed and so 'Hitla' ordered his bodyguards (sort of Gestapo/SS types) to "Take down der names und addresses off all dos people who are booink me!". The two bodyguards immediately move through the crowd scribbling down on notepads pretending to take people's details. Quite a laugh.

I haven't seen it for ages.

And as far back as the 70's there were the Arab baddies. There was one cat from only a few years ago who used to insist the crowd (full of red-neck good 'ole boys) stand to attention while the Iraqi national anthem played. More booing.
