I'd also recommend that you use the Firefox browser with the Adblock Plus addon, I rarely see ads on site with this combination.

last resort if your still having issues is fiddling with the cookies so they dont expire with an addon like this

I'm told an earlier version doesn't have this bug, but I didn't try it, since ticking the third party box solved the problem.
