No tsunami as yet.

Apparently the quake has caused ?2 million worth of improvements.

No it's true. Even the bit about the earthquake making the place look a lot tidier now.

Of course it's bolted down. How do you think it's lasted this long? They'd have had it for scrap metal by now if it wasn't.

OMG I bet he causes a mini-tsunami every time he takes a dump! I reckon if "Earthquake" did a steamer out of a helicopter onto the sea, you'd get the real thing and an ecological disaster thrown in for good measure!
