Another spectacular lapse of judgement by a member of a family not noted for making good decisions. However, as the prince is a major arms salesman and facilitator of meetings with slimy dictators and mass murderers around the less democratic parts of the world, I doubt if it will have much effect on his prospects.

I seem to recall a photograph in the Guardian of the Duke of York with his arm around a very nubile 17 year old girl who was working as a masseuse for this guy. It was the same girl, I think, who was part of a case against this billionaire mate for procuring under-age girls for sex and prostitution.
