Speaking as a Chelsea fan, Ashley Cole is a knob and the club should sack him for pissing around with a gun at the training ground.

The fact it happened less than 24 hours after he missed a penalty in the FA Cup reply with Everton just goes to show how professionally he takes training!

I think what you mean is that he did not deliberately set out to shoot this person.

He did however deliberately point the gun and did deliberalely pull the trigger.

As I asked in my first posting, just how badly injured do you have to be before Inspector Knacker wants you 'come along now'.

"He did however deliberately point the gun and did deliberalely pull the trigger."

I very politely ask you the question for a second time - what evidence do you have of these claims?

Please will someone take out a private prosecution against this preening, overpaid retard? ?125K and behaves like a twat. Maybe Wayne and Ashley could do a film, "thicko and even thicker"...

And I very politely point out to you sir, that;

How the hell did he shoot him if he didn't point the gun and pull the trigger?

You do not accidently point a gun at someone and then accidently pull the trigger.

Pointing a gun at someone and pulling the trigger is a deliberiate act, I agree that he perhaps thought the weapon was not loaded but what evidence did he have of that? You do not need military training to know that any weapon could be loaded, and to pick an unknown weapon up and 'play' with it is the action of a child, but at his age its the actions of an unsafe stupid idiot.

Perhaps you may like to try this defence "I'm sorry officer, I did play-stab him but didn't mean too, how was I to know the knife was pointed and sharp".

"Pointing a gun at someone and pulling the trigger is a deliberiate act"

You still haven't explained how you know he deliberately pointed the gun at someone or where you got this information from. Since the victim was reported to have been hit from a distance of 4 to 5 feet and was grazed in the side, it doesn't seem likely that your claim that the gun was deliberately pointed at him is a truthful claim.

Is it possible to deliberately point a gun at someone at that close range and only graze them in the side?

You are no doubt aware that this post is now the 3rd time that I have asked you a simple question: how you know the gun was deliberately pointed at someone?

I keep see the wound referred to as a "graze", but this incident became public because the lad had to go to hospital to have the wound dressed when it started weeping.

Something doesn't add up there.
