FREE adult site hosting, help wanted!

I'm asking this on behalf of Maurilio, who posts here occasionally. His English is very good but I thought I'd ask for him just to be a bit clearer. He's the chap in Italy who put together the huge John Thompson/GGG database fan site last year. It truly was a labour of love, putting names to these usually anonymous girl's faces, sometimes ten years after they've retired!

The site has been removed by the hosts despite their insistence that they're ok with adult material. (it's copyrighted material they didn't want posted up there, and he's still not had an answer as to which if these issues got his site removed. Obviously all screen grabs are issue to copyright, aren't they? But then MANY DVD review sites use screen grabs, how do they get away with it?) he was using someone called 000webhost.com.

Anyway, Maurilio is looking for a reliable free adult hosting site. He needs at least 1.5 gb of space (most offer 300mb at the most). As it's a tribute site it would have to be free as he makes no money from it. Can anyone suggest anything? Even if he has to pay, what's the cheapest option? Just a simple blog was all he had before, no adverts etc. Any suggestions? Many thanks

You get 50Gig of space and a solid reliable host, that is fully managed. By fully managed, it means if you have ANY problem, or you need any scripts installed, or anything done for you... You just tell them, and they will do it, straight away.

My site is hosted with them (Albeit on a more expensive plan) but I couldnt be happier. Like I say, they are NOT FREE... But in my mind, you go free, and they are under NO OBLIGATION to you or your (His) site...

But for ?3.00 a month - (11p a day?) you have a rock solid company and support you can turn to, on tap. Amerinoc are NOT going anywhere, and have been in business for YEARS...

I really would not recommend Amerinoc.

Their support is really bad unless your dealing with Amerinoc's Internal support (Chris etc) which doesnt happen in support tickets, unless they get elevated because you deciding to leave or because PhatServer's cannot address the issue.

Secondly they have a really funny system for log files.......Feb-2011.1/Feb-2011.2 (up to Feb-2011.5) with data from the same day can be spread between the files. Doing so means it's difficult to try and keep a record yourself locally and although they offer approx 50GB of diskspace, they will tell you they cannot keep logfiles on the server more than 5 days......even though in my case it would consume less than 1MB for the entire month.

Downtime just lately has been appalling......so far today 1h 30mins, yesterday over 3 hours.
