I don't know where these, "Researchers" have been for the LAST 30 YEARS? !furious!

Jim, these people needs a reality check.
We've been hearing about these motorway toll fees for years.
Anything for them to get us to dig deep into our pockets for us to pay for the roadworks, which causes disruption when travelling to somewhere.
It all makes sense.
i.e. the M25. I hate that motorway.
In 2 weeks, I have to go to through there again to take my relatives to Heathrow Airport.

For a litre of diesel locally supermarkets 129.9 - 131.9, Shell / BP forecourts around 132.9 and independents upto 136.9.
On motorway Shell 142.9 so about 7.5% dearer.
