He didnt stand as an MP in the last election and is now, Baron Howard of Lympne in the House of Lords.

He had a bit of a chequered career, being the minister responsible for bringing in the Poll Tax - a few riots saw the end of that, and the privatisation of the water industry in England and Wales.

So if you look at your water rates as I do and think "What the fuck!", Howard played a key role in your getting that reaction.

Two years an 8 months is quite light for what could have easily turned into murder of a police officer

I could probably argue if he was black he would have got a heavier sentence but that might have been based on whether he had previous convictions or not

Its one thing to demonstrate and tear up the place. its another when you almost consciously kill someone for it

I can't believe Ken Clarke is even in the Government. He's the only one I can think of from the Thatcher/Major era of Tory ministers who is there, the rest have all left front-line politics and are now making millions of pounds trading of the contacts they made whilst in office. Clarke did that for a few years and is now back in Government. Why does he think anyone wants him there? Or most likely he would never consider that and is just there for his own ego/power reasons.

I think maybe no one wants to pay him loads of dosh because at last he has been sussed out as a complete and utter useless fucking wanker.
I doubt that any bookie would take a bet on the twatt surviving the first cabinet shuffle that Cameron makes.
Without doubt the twatt has turned out to be a worse HS than that other idiot Jack Straw.
HS's need to be able to stamp on the Gendarmes and tell the fuckers what they are supposed to do and not what they fucking want to. They need to stamp on the Judicial system and ensure that crims sentenced to nick are kept in and not let out early.
I would make a good HS and the crims would suffer under my regime, and any lily livered green fucking pc HR liberals can go and fuck em selves.
