Very funny, I couldn't stop laughing.
Pub petrol bomber runs into lamppost
Re: Pub petrol bomber runs into lamppost
I wonder when he will sue the local council for, "Placing an immoveable lampost in such a way as to make it hazardous for a person exersising his right of protest, to proceed unhindered in his act and as a result caused said protester to suffer serious injury to himself!"
I can see him on an Claims Direct ad, in a couple of months saying, "I was trying to fire bomb a boozer, when a fucking lampost deliberately hit me and I got torched, I went to Claims Direct and I got a cheque for ?8000, it was great 'cos I got ?4000 more than that stupid fat bird wot tripped on the packing case wire, I mean like, she should have been looking where she wos going!"

Re: Pub petrol bomber runs into lamppost
I thought Jim's comments were amusing but a little far fetched................
Until I read this that is!
How can someone be jailed for 15 years and then take a case to an Employment Tribunal when he's sacked from his job?
What did he expect Royal Mail to do, keep his job open for him for 15 years?
Can you imagine the seen in 2025. "Welcome back mate, your walk's ready to take out. There are a few bags for you though, a bit of a backlog has built up on your round seeing we haven't sent anyone out on that walk for the last fifteen years".

I wouldn't get too tabloid about it. He clearly wont win. But at least we still live in a society that will allow any of us to have the most forlorn hopes.
