Or you know they should do it naked because clearly they have no real shame and they are naked purely for your amusement. And then when they die of pneumonia more unemployed layabouts should be there to scrape their scummy bodies from the road.

Also you ignore the fact that its actually the council's job to organise road cleaners. If they can force the unemployed to do snow clearing then you know why pay the staff they have now?
