Blissbox non delivery...

Post by Madrambopunk »

Placed an order on blissbox, they charged my card, everything was in stock and supposedly could be delivered within seven days, I emailed them and got no reply at all, Are they a bunch of con artists or something??? The site is well presented with a good choice but what's the point of a site where you pay for goods you don't get and when emailed their customer services your ignored??

This is a useful bgafd page:

If you click on the blue, read/submit review link at the right of each supplier you can check them out.

In a bit of self interest, if you scroll down to the bottom where we are you can read what service should be like. We don't have such a vast stock but what we have got, we supply in a prompt, customer pleasing way.

Please let me clear up some myths.

People seem to think Blissbox does not respond to e mail. ? Blissbox responds to all e mails, if we have not answered your e mail it could be for one of 2 reasons.

1. We did not get it
2. You did not receive our reply

No reputable internet business (and I include our competitors in this as well) would not reply to e mails, it just does not make sense, that is the quickest way to destroy your own business.

Blissbox has been around for 9 years, we would not have survived if we did not answer e mails.

I have looked up your order using the e mail address you place on hear, if this is the order you are referring to.

You ordered on Friday 29th October, just before 7pm, your order was dispatched on Monday 1st November. You ordered multiple items, did you receive none? Or is one missing?

If you are happy for someone at Blissbox to contact you on the e mail address you have on this site, then we will do so immediately.

Alternatively e mail magnus@blissbox.com and he will make sure your enquiries are dealt with.

or it could be that your email client is filtering out the messages as junk... it's always worth checking your spam filters.

I'll say it again that I've always had excellent service from BB and as Zorro has hinted, give poor customer service and you'll soon be out of business, especially in the adult DVD market where there is so much competition from streaming services.

Is it any wonder that the monkey's confused?

Hello zorro, many thanks for your reply on this matter, however on the website the order status still says "open" and not dispatched, so i sent 2 emails asking what was happening but did not receive a reply for an unknown reason, However like you say the order was sent out on the 1st november, so I will be happy to wait for the order to arrive, the only reason I was concerned was that my card had been charged, and the order status said "open" as it still does. Will wait and see for the order to arrive, once again, many thanks.

Magnus has been on the phone to me and given me a slight ear bashing, it appears I was slightly incorrect with the information I gave you. He will contact you directly and explain the situation, sorry if I caused any confusion, but I was mostly correct.

I should probebly stick to what I am best at which is watching copious amounts of porn!

I've ordered from Blissbox a few times. I haven't had much problems, although orders to take time to get dispatched.

Hi everyone, thank you all for your help and I would just like to say the matter has been resolved. the "ignored" emails were not ignored but in fact were being blocked by my ISP's spam filter prior to reaching my POP3 account on outlook express, I would advise any other people who may think they are being ignored in any similar situations, to check their ISP's website to see if a spam filter has been implemented.

Hi, any chance that blissbox can contact me, I also ordered and received half the order, which was a cheap offer dvd and not the one I wanted, the other dvd never arrived, I have tried many times to email them but no reply.
