What's with all the non-nonsensical posts with the link to some crap site that have just appeared overnight?

Just spammers I think.
Another site I use has daily posts from a chinese fake goods seller. Every day he sets up a new profile, posts ads for his crap, gets banned, repeat..................

The ever vigilant mods have deleted them all. All back to normal now.
