Re: Slag Rooney on his way?
As a neutral this is baffling. I cannot see him going to Madrid or Barca as he struggles with English so learning Spanish and Catalan is a non starter. Only options are Chelsea or a move to Manchester. Wonder what his wife will be saying? It could ruin her "career" as a errrrhhhh.....
Re: Slag Rooney on his way?
I heard it said on the news that Chelsea would be his prefered choice as John Terry is his bestest mate, the thought of that just opens up a whole can of worms, in London his wife would becombe an even smaller fish in a much larger pond.
But her current ads on tv tell us that 'these boots are made for walking', I had thought that was some sort if vailed threat to Mr Rooney (or the BIG MAN as he likes to be known - according to his bio writer).

We'll have him at Manchester City. Maybe he's realised at last that Utd should actually be called Salford Utd !

Dave
Dave,
He might get a game in the forward line at Blackpool.
But he is probably more needed at Man City if their recent game with the Tangerines is anything to go by - Tevez first goal was offside; his second resulted from a foul dispossessing a Blackpool defender; Blackpool had a perfectly good goal disallowed.
We wuz robbed!
By the way, isnt there some rule from EUFA coming into force which prevents clubs knocking up huge salary bills and hence losses?
Cheers

Re: Dave
Right on counts - probably.
Your right you were by far the better side but thats what all the 'winning' teams have done to win the title, play badly and win the game.
Third goal was brilliance though.
We'll get rid of Santa Cruz and Adebeyor in Jan and would be good to get Rooney.

I don't want him at Chelsea... we already have an uncontrollable yob in John Terry without adding another!
