Was trying to put a positive slant on things, OEJ, but you are right, auditions where the guys not only pay, but also get their own tests sorted etc are the only way forward.

Although I reckon hardly any would turn up, they all seem to have the same thing in common, ie, "I've decided to become a stud and i want you to make it happen for me, if I fail though, it's your problem, not mine!"

Thing is Im not entirely jaded yet. I have a lot of time for the man who get his tests and puts his money in the kitty to prove himself.

The one celebrated person I got out of all of that (bar Jig and Chris from 2007) was Jazz Duro.

Jazz came in determined to succeed and demanded to do not one shoot he paid for but four when i told him he did fine on the first.

Now thats a man who was determined and look where he is 10 years later? Slinging his dick in top totty slotty in all manner of rudeness for the biggest producers known and getting paid top dollars for it too.

I'm all up for cultivating talent but not at the risk of losing money over it. I came into this business to make money. Not lose it.

Seems a lot of "producers" are happy to lose money at the expense of getting a leg over and maybe getting a bit of their money back on Adultwork.

Sorry about that been busy. Anjali Kara gave me the Killergrame site where I've filled in details and sent off. 2 weeks online and NOTHING, then someone gives me a link, thats what forums are for... thanks Anjali, and to everyone else.
