Yes, I've wondered that too. A purely gay guy might only find normal men attractive. It seems most guys into transvestites also like normal women too but are not 100% gay so I suppose they might be called straight with a major fetish but I haven't heard of a special term for this.

I think the American porn star Joey Silvera has 'interacted' with transexuals in some of his videos but doesn't consider himself gay.

That would depend on where you draw the line on 'male becomes female'.

Some think a bloke in a dress is female, some only when the person posesses the XX chromosome. (so never).

Are you talking about transvestites or transexuals? Big difference. A transvestite is basically a bloke in a dress, so I'd have to say some homosexual tendancies exist.
