In all sports the most successful people are freakishly adapted. Years ago the cyclist Indurain had a massive lung capacity so too has Armstrong I think. Bolt has a very long stride and the Ethiopians are adapted to long distance running. I believe Semanya is a woman who is uniquely adapted to run great times at her chosen distances. She might dominate her category for the next 10 years but that's no different to Usain Bolt.
