Most definitely not the first.
Sigrun Theil was DP'd in Playgirls of Munich (1977), and there are most probably earlier examples than that.

Probably one of those flickering b&w's from a hundred years ago. Humankind has been capable of DP's for thousands of years. It's not like the invention of photography suddenly brought about the realisation that it was possible.

I agree that the activities between people had the potential to exist before photography came along, but I think that as porn film makers were always trying to be a bit differnt DP could have been something thought up by a porn film maker. When Ginger was done up both slots at once, it was something I had never seen or considered before. I remember friends of mine seeing the film and thinking the same thing! Ginger certainly made anal sex mainstream in porn, and possibly across the western world too. Everyone does it now. Prior to 25 years ago they didn't.
