adultvideo.co.uk unreliable!

I know that the reliability of adultvideo.co.uk has been well documented in this forum, but having ordered a couple of vids from them 3 weeks ago and requesting their 48 hour dispatch, I find myself still waiting and almost resigned to the fact I've lost my money, they don't reply to emails either!

I didn't know you could request 48-hour despatch. I know they advertise that they will e-mail you on despatch, but they don't. However, in my experience (says he fingers crossed with order pending) they have always delivered. Have they banked your cheque yet? If so and it was some time ago then resort to paper and pen and the Post Office.

I've ordered from this lot twice both times delivery took a couple of weeks and they e-mailed me the day they despatched my titles i thought they were generally pretty good. I'm considering placing another order, please post any updates on the forum so i know if i order i aint gonna lose pure fed.

A friend has an order with them currently on vcds. Thay have been experiencing some problems lately which they have apologised to him for by email. We'll see how it goes...

I have placed about 3 seperate orders with them and the last one did taske some time to arrive, I pointed out to them the delay and was contacted by E-mail with an apology and my order came within the next few days.

Sorry to hear thats happened. Sounds like you'll get your tapes, pity it's taken them so long though - won't do their reputation any good at all.

Try putting the swueeze on them legally - they say they have a 48 hour dispatch. Why haven't they delivered on their pledge? Tell 'em you'll sue 'em or summit. It got em an email out of Max Hardcore, maybe it'll do the same for you and these cowboy fly-by-nights!

If they are dispatching genuine material from within the UK they are breaking the law anyway - sticking two fingers up to Customs, Trading Standards and Old Bill. So I wouldn't imagine them being very impressed with a threat to sue from a punter who didn't know who they really were, or didn't know where they were at!
