Nah that's bollocks.

Religion doesn't respect anything but itself. The Muslims think the Christians are gonna burn in hell, and the Christians think the Muslims are gonna burn in hell........and they both think atheists are gonna burn, as are the hindus, pegens, Jews, etc, etc.

To be religious is like saying 'I am on the right path, and you are not', or 'I am right, and you are wrong', thus: 'I am superior to you'.

Harmonyluvver says he's a deist, which isn't as bad, but he's asking for respect. It's a belief, and if beliefs are all supposed to be respected then we are obliged to respect fascism, or Nazism, or communism, or racism, or sexism, or homophobia.

Fairy hell occurs from the ingestion of too much absinth.lol. You are either not going to know much of anything or you will find out there is something. Whatever is going to happen will happen irrespective of my beliefs. It may well be fairies, but the name is irrelevant.

I cannot vouch for the scole experiment as I was not a part of it, but I am fortunate enough to know someone who was who I trust. It certainly made me re-evaluate some of my beliefs.

1) We die;
2) We do not SEEM to have a [veriifiably] subsequent existence.

I refer you again, as I have done to others in the past, to William of
Ockham.

I'm sorry?
Care to present any evidence for that ridiculous assertion?
