i bite off one side and try to slide the chocolatey bit off the other side. i do that with custard creams as well

That's my Penguin technique.

I get my incisors to take the top layer off in one clean break, eat the chocolatey middle bit and then finish it off.

It's the only biscuit that I use special Powers and Techniques on.
