Almost everything he did can be attributed to an abusive childhood, an affected upbringing, self-disposition, mental instability and physical (and thus mental) deterioration.......it doesnt change the fact millions died because of one man, and the shape of europe now is largely down to the leftovers of WW2,

but it does raise the interesting question of evil....

he didnt just kill jews and invade countries for shits and giggles, there was always a list of causes and underlying reasons....

so maybe - what is evil ? is a better question?
