Be* are owned by O2 so they may be a newcomer but they have a big backer.

Just thinking about it at the moment.
Only ever heard good things about Be* though I admit it would be a gamble. I have the whole cable package you see and not too impressed with their tv service and phone. (though having their package means the broadband is ?10 a month cheaper) If I moved over to BT and Sky then I'd have to pay ?10 extra a month for the broadband.
Therefore Be* + Sky + BT phone will be slightly cheaper, it's a better TV package, and the broadband is way faster. The downside as you say is the unknown. I know Telewest have held me in good stead for 4 years now and that's why I'm still undecided.
The grass looks greener, but I may be jumping from the frying pan into the fire. I dunno what to do yet.
