Who's Buddy Rose when he's at home?

I have not seen the link, but there was a Buddy Rose who was a pro wrestler during the late 70s, 80s and eatrly 90s. He was quite large and am assuming that they are the same person.

His gimmick was that he would announce his weight was 270 all the time, despite it being nearer to 400. He was a good worker though, despite his size.
