Post by modfather »

Wonder if anyone can help, ive just bought a gold locket for a friend and i need a photo made smaller to fit into it.

Do any jewellers , photo developers do this service?

Thanks in advance

Independant jewellers are your answer, the ones that specialise in engraving and not yer shit like H Samuels. If you live in the Midlands, get yer arse to Birminghams Jewellery Quarter, they are the best around, and you can get it done while you go and have a cappucino in the poncey cafes that are also there

No idea at all, but Oxford has some lovely shops that could give you advice, but steer clear from High Streets bullshitters

Index or Contact Sheet are what you want :)

Look like that :) you may need to get a 'dupe' made of your original thats the usual way of doing it :)

You could always have a go yourself - go to www.resizr.lord-lance.com and follow the instructions. No idea what quality you'll get but as mate of mine tried it for something else other than a locket and it seemed to be fine.
