Its probably too late now, but if only the industry had clubbed together and offered a big loan to the Labour party, we could have had a private little meeting with Blair, told him how valuable porn could be as an employer and contributor to the country's balance of payments, how instead of UK being one of the world's largest arms suppliers we could become one of the largest porn producers and hey presto....Who knows it could have been Lord Jerry of Broadbandland, or arise Sir Roger of Cock, or on your knees Lady Starr, or (fill in name of favourite here)....Dream on.
