I booked The Softboys when they appeared at the UEA first year residences at Fifers Lane in 1979 supported by Capitalist Music (a band composed of fellow student and friend Steve Bloch and his mates)

In that case move it upto date a little with "The Killers" What was it called? Hot fuss?? One of the most over rated steaming piles of shite I have the mis fortune of having in my CD rack. Also does any one else lose all respect for a band when they see them doing shamefull plugs on American teen shows? i.e The killers in the OC (An ex girlfriend was a fan of both) or The flaming lips in Charmed
