Hi,
I ordered an item from jobby about 3 weeks ago and it still hasnt arrived and I have had no response to my email about it. Has anybody else ordered from jobby recently?

Also I will say that if you take a look at ebid.net adult section there is quite a bit of stuff on there at the moment. I am a seller on there as well but I wont give you my ID as I'm just trying to promote the site in general. The adults section is hidden away and if you search for say Mayfair from the front page/main search you wont get any hits from the adults section. You have to go to Whatevers Left/Adults and then search.

Same thing here mate. My order was 3 months ago and I still haven't recieve my mags!! I don't know whats the hold up... sending them emails about my order seemed to be ignored/ unreplied. Currently, the website says they are sorting/catalouge their mags in the warehouse. I understand the amount of work thats required. As a customer, I'm very disappointed with their effiency. I mean, how hard it is to send out orders to customers.
Pity this will be my first and last time ordering from them.

Looks like we are in the same situation. What are your plans? Continue waiting? heh, I might even cancel the order. But then again, the email may never get read.

I ordered a magazine about 2 weeks ago and received it within three days.

Perhaps your magazine is out of stock. Have you looked at the order progress facility on the jobby site?

I also emailed jobby on a different subject and did not receive a reply.

It looks as though, if they have the item in stock, they are very efficient, but if not.....

I recently ordered a mag fom jobby & received it within 7 days, couldn't fault the service.
Perhaps, as has been suggested, long delays may be due to out of stock material

b217bravo, yep that could be one of the reasons for the long delays.
For me it's been more than 4 months since I made my order (order made on August 10, 2006). 4 months mate!! Not having the magazines I ordered is understandable (due to out of stock, etc).

The least they could do is apologize or explain what is going on with my order. Till this day, all my past emails regarding my order have been ignored/ unanswered; as a customer I have to say I'm quite piss about the whole thing. Would it kill just to send a short reply explaining what and how my order is being taken care of. I am saying this is because it feels like I'm left out to dry.

Sorry, I don't mean to rant my problems or bash about jobbydealer. I think its basic courtesy to reply emails to customers be it enquiry or order related.

He's a straight guy, but I think his operation is a one man band, so e-mails might not be a priority. Give him a ring if you have a problem would be my advice, you should get things sorted.
