Well, it's that time again. Tomorrow night, we will be treated to an entire evening of comedy, unfettered newsreaders and Terry Wogan.
Let us hope, however, that they don't have those brown kids with the flies yet again. That has to be the worst act since Mike and Bernie Winters and always spoils the evening.

Interviewer : 'What would you have been if you and Ernie had never got into comedy'
Eric Morecambe : 'Mike and Bernie Winters'.

Re: BBC - Children In Need
I always enjoy being told by Terry Wogan (paid ?600.000 a year out of TV Licence Money) that I don't give enough to Charidy.

Never watched it, never will.
All these charity marathans with overpaid overindulged tosspots pleading with the doughnut public to donate part of their overtaxed income to help people who should already be getting adequate help makes me cringe.
Simplistic guilt-tripping garbage.

They're locking them up today, they're throwing away the key...I wonder who it be tomorrow, you or me?

Typical BBC, that.
Still, worth seeing for the newsreaders doing their song and dance routines through gritted teeth, and all the pop acts/celebs who by sheer coincidence have a record or whatever out at the moment.

Re: Andrew Marr on guitar
Hopefully, we will see a repeat of excellent jounalist Andrew Marr playing guitar* again instead of Michael Burke in fishnets like we usually have to endure.
* Andrew Marr taught his brother Johnny a few chords, Johnny went on to form The Smiths, so he's no one trick pony
