Anyone that thinks theres a God how do they explain Africa.?.what a sick continent..disease,poisonous animals,despots,boys with guns that would shoot you for a few pence..a friend is going there.Hope he doesnt get ill..would you want a blood transfussion out there with AIDS being rife..when I'm dead and gone the mess will be exactly the same..what a filthy shitty hole...........

The white man made Mother Africa what it is today. Cheap labor for the mining of gold, silver, and diamonds? AIDS didn't exactly pop up out of nowhere! The White Man made Africa what it is today? Don't you mean the 'developed nations'? Those nations that are multicultural? Take a look at any Rap video and you'll see lots of Black artists brimming with gold & diamonds. I'd say the Black Rap community has more gold & diamonds than than all the European nobility put together!

Do these artists make sure their 'ice cubes' aren't from Africa?

Blame the African blight on the consumer societies of the Developed world if you want, but laying all the blame on one particular race is................well...............racist.

You're right! Developed nations did make Africa what it is today. Look who they're ran by? White men! As far as rap stars wearing gold, silver and diamonds? That's just plain ignorance on their part because if they knew (which I don't think they do) the history of why they're here in the states they wouldn't do the things they do! Agreed! One day I'd like to visit Africa but it is very expensive to fly there (some of us black people believe it intentional) unless you go with a group.

Sadly I think they do know how blacks got to the USA, and where the diamonds come from. I just think they feel 'lookin good' is more important, and they don't give a shit.....which is sad.

I'm not making excuses but like a recovering alcoholic, Africa needs to help itself as much as receive help from other nations. Yes we provide them with guns, yes we use the citizens of Africa for cheap labour, but if they decide to shoot each other rather than contribute to a developing society then they're the ones making that choice.

There are now Millions of extremely smart, educated Black people across the USA, Europe and the West Indies who all descended from Africa, yet none of them want to start a new life back in their ancestors home and help start a better continent. It's easy to sit in an air conditioned house in the suburbs complaining about the state of Africa, blaming it on the 'White Man'. But Blacks are educated now. There are Blacks with degrees in Politics, Economics, Law, Medicine, Engineering. There are Black professors & academics, but sadly, they'd rather watch their careers -and bank balances- soar in the developed world, with their SUV's, cable TV, and family meals at Cheescake Factory. They claim to care about Africa, but would they swap continents for an African life? I doubt it.
