Betfair problem - any help very welcome

I'm a member of Betfair.com but have not been able to log on at all this evening. I receive a message stating that they are experiencing technical difficulties, that an error has occurred on the server & suggesting that I may need to fefresh my browser. Norton anti-virus doesn't say there is any
problem on my PC.

I can access the betfair forum which doesn't mention this problem at all so I guess I am a bit screwed though I don't know how. I don't have much money there thankfully but would welcome any technical advice as to how I might approach this apparent problem.

I have just logged on to Betfair and gone to my account and everything seems to be working ok now.

It you need to refresh your browser hold ctrl down and then click refresh this will reload from the website and not your cache.

There was a problem yesterday evening which started with poker tables and seemed to bring everything down in the end.

fixed in about an hour though - maybe you were just caught up in this? Are you OK now?

Thanks very much indeed for your and all the other replies. It is all fine now, though I haven't seen any recognition by Betfair that there were any issues that evening.

I was panicing a bit because the forums were being used by punters as normal at the same time as I couldn't even access the Betfair home page let alone log on.
