Some mainstream religious organisations have realised that they have a lot in common: all are authoritarian, sex hostile, pro censorshipand anti pornoraphy. All are fabulously rich and powerful and global. Why don't we disestablish the Church now before they all become more powerful in our secular societies?

CEO = 'Company Executive Officer' or 'Chief Executive Officer'.

Basically someone who does nothing but spread lies about a company's success so people buy millions of shares, then decides what wage he/she should give himself per annum. (Usually in the millions, cutting wages and workforce to compansate ) There's a 90% chance a CEO is male and American.

The reason I mentioned this is that CEO's usually fund government campaigns for Presidents/parties, and are usually the ones that get the spoils of war through bussiness contracts. (eg a US telecoms company getting the contracts to rebuild Iraq's comunications system, or a British engineering company getting the contracts to rebuild numerous bridges the allies destroyed during the war.)

It's not the governments that profit but the CEO's who funded their campaigns helping them into power. While religion may fuel the fires, it's big bussiness that starts them, then gets paid vast amounts to clean up after.

I used to spend a lot of time criticizing Islam on here in the noughties - but things are much better now.

An Indian Hindu woman was forced onto her husband's funeral pyre the other day. It is called Sutee, I believe. her relations beat her back with sticks when she tried to get away from the intense heat and pain of the fire eating into her flesh, huge blisters bursting all over her body, her screams of agony all to no avail. Such was the religious zeal of these maniacs.
She left three children.

It seems that an unholy alliance of feminists in power, muslim and christian extremists are sponsoring a law that will make it compulsory for schoolgirls to wear trousers! !sad!
