When Chelsea and Liverpool were only two English clubs left in the Champions League last season we got drawn together.

We were drawn in the same group this year.

We met them in the Carling Cup Final last year (how we managed to avoid getting them in the semis I don't know !shocked! )

So, based on the Law of Sod, we'll get them in the draw at lunchtime.

Still... better to break a Scouser's heart now than have them blubbing in the streets of Cardiff !

Well in 9 meetings between Mourinho's Chelsea and Benitez's Liverpool then the mighty Reds have managed only 1 victory to Chelsea's 5 and 3 draws.

Chelsea will be favourites again. They are after all the best side in the country and still clearly are despite what some might think.

So it does all point to a Chelsea win but in a one off game then anything can happen and I think Liverpool might just be due a win against Chelsea although obviously I am biased.

I hope it's not just wishful thinking on my part.
