Internet hunting

Post by middle_aged_dutchman »

A Dutch website for automation experts published this link. Here you can use a webcam to shoot real animals...

Many people that responded were brooding on a way to use the webcam for shooting other creatures, preferably its owner and/or his assistants. Someone even suggested installing a similar device in the White House to shoot Iraqis.

I noticed you can book a shoot on the guy's Texas ranch. I wonder if he has any chimps lined up as targets?

Chimps are a protected species in Texas. Perhaps more than protected ... rather like holy cows.

You may be interested to hear that the Dutch Hunters Association reacted just the same way as you do when asked to comment upon this website. 'This is unsporting and has nothing to do with real hunting.'

Personally I think the idea behind this site is completely sick.
