Pissing in the night..

Is there anything more annoying than having to piss in the night, it,s always bastard 3 o clock in the morning, and I have to stumble to the kazi because me teeth are floating, do any other forumites have this problem?, or is it just my incontinence, I might get a pair of those big nappy pants for adult babies, and just piss meself, or I might stop me fluid intake from 6.00 in the evening...No! cos that would mean walking around bladdered all afternoon, any suggestions would be welcome, apart from Magoo, JJ, Ladyboy Holden, and everybody else...
