Spam Filters for NTL Users

Hi is anyone else here got NTL broadband. I was wondering if anyone could tell me the best way of getting rid of spam the problem i have is that i have to get my e-mails from NTL by logging on as i have not got outlook express or POP 3 mail account so i need a SPAM filter that is not a POP3 one. People who are on NTL will know what i am on about i think. Those who are on NTL please can you help sorry if this does not make much sense but i am new to the PC world.
