Santorini is now a bit "touristy" and commercialised.

If you ever see a so called typical greek photo/postcard/calender with the white and blue houses, gorgeous sunsets and windmills 9 times out of 10 it will be of Santorini.

There are numerous other Greek isles that are equally magnificent and not quite so touristy though.
