I dont think sentencing is harsh enough in this country, providing there is absolute proof of guilt, and there is the problem, I try to imagine getting banged up in strangeways for 6 months for something I KNOW I didn,t do

He was almost tried and convicted by the press before it even got to court. The fact that he's black wouldn't have helped. Funny how the Aitkens and Archers and Ernest Saunders of this world get the cushy open prison option while those from less privileged backgrounds get the normal treatment.
