Exercise goes without saying

I've combined my addiction to TV/Videos with an exercise bike
If its on I'm riding....a damn sight safer(SMOG/Carbon Monoxide) not to mention more entertaining than dodging the wankers on the road who seem to see pedestrians/cyclists as nothing more than cannon fodder
