I'm afraid your first example is a dodgy one. In some societies its probably OK to shag your brother's wife. And causing "hurt" is not necessarily a definition of wrong - if I dob in a friend who is a paedophile, he may be hurt that I've dobbed him in but that's not the same as saying I've done something wrong.
