Oh come off it. This was one a series of programmes made for Playboy TV a gfew years ago which are simply an excuse to weave clips from TAC programmes featuring the interviewee in as teasers, persumably hoping to persuade people to subscribe. I hardly think it's a case of ex-star slagging off the industry.
Alicia Rhodes was in another episode of the series and there were two or three others as well.
Sarah Daykin interview on TV last night...

No, it's one of a series featuring girls who were at the time in shows such as Threesomes etc on the TAC, each featuring an interview or "day in the life" interwoven around clips from TAC shows. Alica was in another episode. And there were a few others.
THe series gets a broadcast on the freeview Playboy channel three or four times a year.

I reckon there is a 50-50 split. Some girls in Porn have a massive sex drive and genuinely enjoy having sex on camera. They will have sex at every opportunity in their private life so why not get paid to have more sex, usually with a handsome well hung bloke or equally fit girl.
The other half see it purely as work, no different to going to a bank, supermarket or office. You can see the difference in performances. Sammy Jayne is a stunning girl, fabulously toned body but in her sex scenes she looks half interested. Then take Angel Long who really looks like she is enjoying every scene.
I imagine most girls families have an issue. So Fred what is Susan doing since she left college. Oh she works for Barclays. Nice, my daughter takes on 3 blokes and gets DP'd for money on camera.

Thanks for your replies. I looked for a date at the end of the closing credits but couldn't see one so I had no idea when the interview took place. Would be interesting to know what Sarah is doing now - maybe works in a branch of Oddbins or Starbucks. Who knows.
Re: Sarah Daykin interview on TV last night...
Was that rumour true about Sarah Daykin being pregnant? Whether true or not, it would be great if someone could talk her out of retirement.
Re: Sarah Daykin interview on TV last night...
You'd have hoped that societal attitudes would have changed more than they
have by now.... but even if we go beyond the Baby-Boomer generation: as long
as governments continue to make moral judgments they are not remotely qualified
to make, and religious groups wield influence out of all proportion to their
real relevance to most citizens' lives, little will change.
I can't see ANY parent, however liberal, being entirely happy at their daughter
going into hardcore- sex [especially for females] is too tied up with notions of
love and family in the collective consciousness [and possibly also our genes].
Getting paid for having sex with strangers will remain, for the foreseeable future,
somehow 'dirty' and morally dubious. From the mansions in Stoke Poges to the
terraced housing of Bolton, England is still essentially conservative.

It's easier for them to say 'it's just a job' and block any other thoughts about it out.
