Shouldnt have to fo to twitter just to get a question answered, normally Rebekah is very good at answering questions maybe shes away somewhere.

Well if shes on Twitter she really should be responding to him, contact her there if no response cancel ur membership

sorry, but since when did Twitter become a forum for addressing issues with websites where the public have paid for a service which is not being provided?

no punter should be expected to go to Twitter to seek out the model to raise issues with their website, that's what the website's support team should handle

this says to me that Rebekah's website is poorly managed.... perhaps that's why there's only irregular updates, because the owner of the site doesn't give a toss enough to provide for the paying public, which leads to apathy towards the product and the public turning away...

poor business model if you ask me, either Rebekah needs to manage the site properly or close it down, it's hardly going to win new business each week in it's current form

In fairness

I have only just emailed the website asking where the links are that were supposed to be sent to me.

For the last four days i have been waiting for the links to be sent over after requesting through the site (note sure who the request goes to)

Have now emailed Rebekah (supposedly at the site)

So fingers crossed something should happen now

PS i haven't got a clue how Twitter works !sad!

Perhaps I can take a moment to address the issues highlighted in this thread.

The new download system was implemented due to the piracy which peaked last summer. I'm sorry if its painful to learn the truth but at the end of the day porn is business. Things got so bad that the future of a site that has been in existence since 2003 was in serious jeopardy and we wondered if it was worth continuing. The download system although not the most convenient was a business decision to address the piracy issue. it is something we may re-consider in the near future though.

In direct reply to BigGuy - his downloads were processed on the same day and email links were sent to his Hotmail account. 3 or 4 days later an email arrived complaining the downloads were not received. We then resent them to his Sky account which duly arrived. Sounds like a spam/junk folder issue - something out of my control.

Any existing or passed members will tell you that I answer email within hours if not minutes. This is

rexwantinsex - wow he really doesn't like me or my site does he? Monthly updates? I tell you what, here's a deal if you can show me at any point in the 9 year history of my site an occasion when an update has been monthly you can have a night with me to do exactly as you please! the Webcam's are broadcast with a Logitech 9000 Pro camera which is HD. rexwantinsex knows better though it seems. There are clear 'contact' links on every page of my website and as mentioned I am quick to reply. poorly managed - well that's your opinion rexwantinsex but if you'd like to highlight any problems then I'd be happy to address them in public with you here.

The longevity of the site (9 years) and the repeat members we see return on a regular basis are teastament to what we offer. A site does not last this long being being poorly managed and by ripping customers off.

I'll leave the decison up to you though.
