Are the pics relatively recent or 15 ish years old?
If she had the tats when she was working they are distinctive and might jog someones memory?
If the pics are recent any older ones might help.
Do you know if her films were for a major producer or more amateur / pro-am / filmed partys and sold from small ads / contact magazines?

gals the nearest match is Stephanie Collins, who IIRC had a similar tat and whose
weight varied markedly in her few appearances on film. I'm not remotely suggesting
it's her- I'd need a lot more evidence. You might research Kool Klass models
around that time.

Maybe she doesnt want you to know, or she would have told you. Doing porn or even having done porn is a hard thing to get your head around in a relationship so maybe she doesnt want to risk the little green monster coming between you two, is it worth risking for the sake of curiosity. Plus if she gets recognised in clubs wont they call her by her stage name?
