Anyone else having problems with the audio on the free live show? I've tried doing all the things it recommends on the website but am simply having no luck. The picture is playing fine but I can't seem to hear any of the sound.
Thanks...

Re: Adult Live Tv
Hi Bigfella85,
Been having the same problem for the last few weeks.
The sound was fine the first night it started, but the last few weeks--no sound.
There is NOTHING wrong with my pc--everything else works fine.
I suspect it is the Silverlight player that they insist on using. We have no choice but to use it.
Had problems with Silverlight on ITV.com---just a white blank screen.
Like you, I tried everything Adultlive suggests, but it will not work.
Let's hope they get rid of Silverlight, and get back to Adobe Flash or similar.

Re: Adult Live Tv
they wont get rid of it as presumably theyre getting a tidy sum from microsoft for using it
Re: Adult Live Tv
You're right.
They won't even acknowledge the subject.
It's all money orientated--like everything else.

Re: Adult Live Tv
I don't think Microsoft "gives" anyone money for using Silverlight.
Adult Live TV works very well for me, and I have Macs, which are usually very poorly served by media companies. ITV couldn't even make their web player work on Macs (at least Channel 4 and 5's as well as the BBC's does now), so for Adult Live TV to get it right on a Mac first time (even if it does require Silverlight) is something of an achievement (though it's jerky in Safari, but fine in Firefox).
Anybody who depends entirely on Windows PC's needs to constantly expect the unexpected
And I think the quantity and quality of sexual intercourse on the shows is more than adequate

Mac users are smug with reason, at least they can spell, punctuate and construct complete sentences

Now now boys.
I use a fairly aged pc on windows XP, with firefox. No sound problems at all.
Problem I and many others had on Sat was we got logged out of the hard section and couldn't get back in... so, they put it all up on the free section.

Hi Grendel1,
Still cannot receive sound.
I have an aged pc like you, but fully updated with the latest software.
I have xp, am using firefox and silverlight (no choice with this).
I can get sound with everything else on the site except for the live stream--only vision.
I have done everything suggested by Adultlive, ie shut down anti-virus, pop-up blocker etc.
If you can let me know what settings you have for Silverlight etc, I would be grateful.
Thanks in advance.
