Hi, has anyone been able to successfully contact Bluebird? I have a problem downloading one file and none of the e-mail addresses that I tried works - mail gets bounced in both cases.

Thanks, though my e-mail to "support" has got bounced so do you have sufficient detail to identify my account and address the problem?

ive been waiting nearly a week now.
heard nothing since around last thursday, still waiting for them to mail and let me know if they can help.
