bluebird

just joined bluebirds site and paid for 2 scenes. but i can not acess them.
on site says they are stored in my personal library.
I can not work out how to get into it.
anyone had any simular problems?

log in ..click my account...you should be able to download them from there..that's what i did ....but that was a while ago...hope this helps...

when i log in just goes to the home page, no account option.

emailed info and support both emails got bumped back.

not sure if theres a fault at my end or they are taking the piss

i just accessed my scenes in bluebird...i logged in ,clicked on my library and there they were..are you logging on correctly???.

i get the same thing ukpunk, have had problems with some of bluebirds clips and get no response at all from their support lines and the billing company just says contact bluebird so it appears we're stuck in a loop!!

Hiwatt if you see this the errors i get (and i assume ukpunk gets) are along the below lines copied from the site, cheers

if you could it would be great, tried everything.
just everytime i login i just get returned to the home page.
even when i changed password and even re-joined through second mail address.
