Can anyone explain why Lady Sonia has gone from dominating gimps to sucking cock all of a sudden?

There were reports that she fell off her stilettos, twisted her ankle and had to have surgery. The doctors have advised her that strutting around in high heels can cause the ligaments to weaken. She is due to have further treatment to strengthen her calves. A nipplectomy would use some of the excess cartilage in the extra long nipples she has and it would help to realign the membranes in her ankle. The nipples will grow back eventually.
