any plans for a UK porn docu?

like the 'Porn- a Family Buisness' series, on late night tv- following Adam Glasser aka Seymour Butz and his daily life..

latest episode showed his mom more concerned that (Oy Vey!?) he's seeing a non Jewish woman, than the business he is in!

I would happily make it (have the experience) but there is a very uneasy relationship between the UK porn industry and TV. Unfortunatley this is deserved, they TV companies seem to have royally screwed over so many people that they have fucked it up for themselves.

That said if anyone ever wants to chat to me about puting a proposal together (I work in porn and non porn) drop me a line!

I just shoot a bit of stuff, not a producer but a cameraman, definately on the peripheral but getting a bit more work now.

Watch out for a new live show, a cross between Howard Stern and Rab C Nesbit,,,, Will be every Wed Night from 10till late, interviews, promotion clips from new movies, "On the couch with Phil n Bev" will be the first Porn pro show, we start scripting this week and plan to shoot in my studios within 2 weeks, It will be live and can be viewed on PC, TV, iPOD, Windows Mobiles etc etc. Peter you are welcome to come down a promote the shit out of everything you are doing. Hmmm... I might be interested in pitching for this idea sometime, perhaps to produce a doc or a short series for broadcast. I currently direct/produce for TV... as those I have worked with will know

I have often considered pitching a 'behind the scenes at an adult TV station' documentary; I'm ideally located for that if the powers that be were interested.

Yes I agree that UK tv portrays porn in a very bad light. I have watched a fair few of the documentarys produced and it is very biased. Tough I have to say, watching the Ted Bundy documentary, they did pretty much say that it wasnt porn at all and it was a mixture of the evangelicals trying to use BNundy to get their message across and Bundy doing it for his own ends.


Ahh, you guys are lucky to work in the industry. I know it isn't easy but the whole industry fascinates me and I have learnt a fair bit about it.

I originally wanted to direct my own films but alas, as a recent graduate (tho not a dosser or one with an attitude) and the costs involved, I cannot.

I would like to work in the industry, on the business side, even in the office. I have alot of skills and am a decent guy to get along with. Totally respectful and intelligent that can work hard if given the chance.
