There is one at http://www.no-shows.com/ but it's closed down due to someone posting false information, which is always a problem with this kind of site.

The only other one I know of is the photographers reference forum on Net Model.

I can second the Net Model recommendation.

Postings seem considered rather than reactionary, in fact if there's one criticism it's that those posting are a too understanding of the models' no shows.
