This may not be the forum for this question, but I hope one of the film makers will be able to answer anyway.
I was watching Xplicit on Sky last night, and there was a Rubber Ron program shown at 11.30pm. This showed 30 minutes of close-up dildo penetration. It was not 'camera slip', nor was the 'wrong' film shown, as it has been shown earlier this month. This was full R18 action.
My question is, how are Explicit able to get away with what is a clear breach of Ofcom regulations?
I am not complaining, obviously, and the rest of their programming is the normal ultra-soft shite, but what is going on here?
Someone must know?
